July 8-11, 2026
The 2026 Convention will be held at the Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront. The room cost for the Convention is $153 plus tax per night. These group room rates will be available from Saturday, July 4 through Monday, July 13.
Make your reservations as soon as possible to be assured you get the room(s) you want. You may call Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront Reservations at 1-800-445-8667. You must mention "ACGA 2026" or the "98A" code to receive the group rate. You may also make your room reservations online at Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront. Please make sure to secure your reservations early as room availability and rates are not guaranteed after June 12, 2026. Reservations must be secured with a major credit card and can be cancelled, if necessary, up to 48 hours before scheduled arrival with no fees charged.
The hotel is situated on Lake Ray Hubbard and is surrounded by an entertainment area known as The Harbor. Rockwall offers a blend of small-town charm with big-city amenities. Restaurants close by include Wade’s Landing, Fable and Fire (a bistro), Zanata, and the Rodeo Goat. Amenities surrounding Rockwall include the In-sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue, Harry Myers Park, Lavonia Park, and boat trips and boat rentals on Lake Ray Hubbard.
Bands from around the Dallas/Fort Worth area come and rock The Harbor Thursday evenings May – July, 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Rockwall is considered the music capital of North Texas. The Harbor is a premier destination district for music entertainment, fine dining, and vacationing in a picturesque setting offering magnificent water features and the serenity of Lake Ray Hubbard against a backdrop of breathtaking sunsets.
An online link and hotel phone number with a group code for registrations will be available in mid-December. Your registration for the convention is a separate process and does not include your hotel room.
