July 16-19, 2025
We are fortunate to be holding this event at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel. The daily rate is only $129.00 plus tax for single or double occupancy (one king size or two queen beds). The special rates are available from July 10 through July 24 and are based on space availability. Make your reservations as soon as possible to be assured you get the room(s) you want. You may call Renaissance Reservations at 1-800-468-3571 or the hotel at 314-429-1100. You must mention "The American Cut Glass Association" to receive the group rate. You may also make your room reservations online at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel. Enter the dates of your stay, then click “Check Availability.” Please make sure to secure your reservations early as room availability. Special rates are available until June 27, 2025, or until the room block is sold out. Reservations must be secured with a major credit card and can be cancelled, if necessary, up to 48 hours before scheduled arrival with no fees charged. Your registration for the convention is a separate process and does not include your hotel room.
