The Mid-Atlantic Chapter

The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the American Cut Glass Association was established in 1982.  The chapter draws its membership from the areas encompassing Virginia , Washington D.C. , Maryland , Delaware , Pennsylvania , and southern New Jersey .  The chapter has 84 members and meets at least four times a year with the meeting locations rotating throughout the areas.

The meetings allow the members to interact with others in the pursuit of knowledge about American Cut Glass.  At the meetings we share both our experiences collecting and some of our favorite pieces of glass.  The meetings normally start with a luncheon at a restaurant, which is then followed by proceeding to a member’s home to enjoy viewing their glass collection.  Almost every year our chapter sponsors a Brilliant Weekend, which allows for dealers over the United States to bring their glass for sale.  More information on our chapter can be obtained by going to their website.
