Pedestal Cheese Saver

Pedestal Cheese Saver. 9” tall x 10¼” diameter (plate). Weight: 7½ pounds. Cutter: Hawkes. Cheese saver is cut all over in hobnails. The top of the cover is cut in 3 rows of step-cutting with a lapidary knob. The base of the plate is also cut in hobnails with a lapidary knob above the base.
