In order to participate:
- Fill out and sign theAgreement of Authenticity Committee Decisions(available on the ACGA website or contact Carrol Lyle)
- Mail the completed Agreement of Authenticity Committee Decisions along with a check in the amount of $45.00 made out to the ACGA to: Carrol Lyle, 5701 50th Ave Ct E, Tacoma, WA 98443.
Completed forms and payment must be received by July 21, 2012 in order to participate.
